Kerry Logistics Cold Chain, our refrigerated logistics division, provides cold storage and transport services to retail stores, food wholesale and service areas in both metro and country Victoria.

Our brand new cold storage facility in Laverton North, is currently seeking two experienced persons to work in our freezer environment (-18 degrees).

Hours of shift are 6am to 2pm Monday to Friday

The successful candidate will have proven industry and warehouse experience, hold a current drivers and forklift license, will have knowledge of warehouse management systems, RF scanning experience, be highly motivated, organised and reliable to contribute to the efficient operation of the warehouse freezer.

The key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Picking and packing
  • High Reach Forklift
  • Quality control
  • Stock rotation
  • Stocktaking
  • Container unloads
  • Loading and unloading trucks
  • Timely completion of all paperwork
  • Liaise with other members of the operations team
  • Maintain a clean and organised working environment

You will need to have experience with the following

  • Freezer work experience in similar role – minimum 12 months
  • High Reach truck experience – double deep selector
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet timeslots
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic
  • Fit and healthy

The key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Safe loading & unloading of containers either manually or using the appropriate equipment provided
  • Pick & pack goods for despatch orders
  • Input data & use in-house software systems
  • Undertake stock take
  • Produce & maintain a paper trail for all stock movements

The full time position will work the hours of 10.00am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday and the casual position will be offered hours as required.

Kerry Logistics Cold Chain is currently recruiting for a full time Warehouse Team Leader for the morning shift.

Through strict SOP execution and best practice, Kerry Logistics Cold Chain ensure all products remain at their ideal temperature and adhere to the highest quality through the supply chain.

The successful candidate will have proven industry, warehouse and supervision experience, hold a current drivers and forklift license, will have knowledge of warehouse management systems, be highly motivated, organised and reliable to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the morning shift.

Reporting to the Manager Logistics Solution, the key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Dispatch, receipt and internal movement of stock

This position is located at Laverton North and requires a 4.00am start time with hours worked predominately Monday to Friday.

Kerry Logistics Cold Chain, our refrigerated logistics division, provides cold storage and transport services to retail stores, food wholesale and service areas in both metro and country Victoria.

We currently have a casual opportunity working Monday to Friday at our Laverton North facility. Hours will be offered as available but anticipate approx. 35hrs per week. The successful candidate will have experience in administration and/or customer service.

You will have excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service, will be motivated, organised and reliable to ensure all tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively.

The Business Development Manager will drive new business growth and be a key member of the sales team. This position is responsible for various sales activities including the development of business opportunities, preparing tenders and presentations and account management

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop business opportunities including; new services, assisting with marketing & supporting the sales team with RFQ’s and RFP’s
  • Ensure all metrics and KPI’s are met including sales targets & reporting

The Sales / Operational Support Officer will be responsible for providing support to senior managers and is a key support role within the business.

This role supports sales and operations by providing essential and quality data, presentations and real-time reporting.

You will have excellent communication skills with a strong focus on analytics, presentations and reporting functions, will be motivated, professional, organized and reliable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales folders and client profiles
  • Set up and maintain weekly / monthly objectives and KPI reports

We currently have a full time position for an experienced medium rigid truck driver for our facility in Laverton North to carry out metropolitan deliveries.

The successful candidate must hold a current MR license, will have a safe driving record, be physically fit, have exception personal presentation, fluent English, mature attitude and will be customer service focused.

This is a full time position commencing at 5.30am Monday to Friday. The ability to work regular overtime will be essential and offered based on operational requirements.

We are looking for a mature minded person with experience working in receiving and dispatch, to work Full Time as a Pallet Controller within our brand new purpose built cold storage facility in Laverton North.

The successful candidate will have proven experience within the cold chain and food distribution business including the use of 2IC. You will have outstanding communication skills, be highly motivated and ensure the accuracy of all pallet movements in and out of the warehouse.

We are looking for a highly motivated person to take on the new role of Transport Allocator within our cold storage facility in Laverton North. The primary purpose of the role is to maximise the utilisation of the fleet in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner.

The successful candidate will have accredited training in managing fatigue strategies and relevant qualifications or experience within a similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a high attention to detail.

The key responsibilities for the role will include:

  • Manage day to day activities of Transport operations and drivers
